2 discharged after free treatment at Little Clinic

While two persons who underwent treatment for bullet injuries at Little Clinic, Nagaram have been discharged after recovery, the conditions of three others are improving, said the clinic.
The clinic was treating five persons who sustained bullet injuries during attacks carried out by Kuki militants at Serou and Sekmai.
The three patients, who are still undergoing treatment at the clinic are Yumlembam Goro (26) and Salam Ramo (25), both of Serou Mamang Leikai and Damarmani Bhattarai (60) of Kanglatongbi.
Surgeries have been performed to remove bullets and their conditions have improved significantly.
They may be discharged soon, said the doctors.
The clinic said it is giving treatment to all patients who have been injured in the present conflict free of cost.
The clinic is bearing all the cost of the treatment including surgeries.
The patients, who are receiving treatment at the clinic, thanked its proprietor, the doctors, nurses and all staff for taking care of them and treating them free of cost.
