Speaking to media persons, Toijam Rajendro, president Palace Compound Youth Welfare Club, claimed that the present violence in the State was pre-planned by people with vested interest to achieve their goal.
Expressing disappointment over the silence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the prevailing situation in Manipur, he shared that despite India being a major power in the World, the Government of India has terribly failed to rein-in the armed militants and bring an end to the violence in the State.
