Imphal, April 12 2022: The 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose will be observed jointly by All India Committee Netaji Subhaschandra Bose 125th Birth Anniversary Celebration Committee and Manipur State Committee at INA Complex Moirang on April 14, Committee national general secretary Bharati Mukherjee has informed.

Addressing a press meet at Manipur Press Club on Tuesday, Bharati Mukherjee stated that the present generation must know the sacrifices made by Netaji during India's fight for independence.

So, to raise awareness among the coming generation, the birth anniversary of Netaji is being held in various parts of India.

In connection with the programme, a 30-member bike team will arrive to the state from Silchar, along with several delegates from Assam, Tripura, etc, he added.

The press meet was also attended by Manipur State Committee advisor Th Surjaboro, Women Wing chairperson N Anuradha and media spokesperson Dr Kiran Yendrembam.
