KCC's New Year celebration concludes

A campfire and a day-long sporting event marked the end of New Year celebration of Kangpokpi Christian Church (KCC) .
Men's football, men's and women's volleyball, and other activities were organised on Friday to promote unity among the church members and build a stronger bond among them.
Later in the evening, the church members lit a bonfire at the church campus to mark the end of its New Year celebration and to symbolise the burning of all the past mistakes, wrongdoings, etc., of the previous year.

The campfire organised by Kangpokpi Christian Khangthahte (KCK) was participated by numerous youth members of the church and others.
Various recreational games and activities were also held as a part of the gathering while former leaders of KCK were honoured.
The participants in the bonfire also engaged themselves in cleaning and tidying up the church campus.
A gospel service was also held where the church pastor set the bonfire which was constructed from the debris and tree branches collected during the cleanliness activities while the participants, boys and girls, and members of KCK held their hands and walked around the bonfire singing hymns and songs.
