Denouncing the September 20, 2022 state cabinet decision for legalising production and sale of liquor, Coalition Against Drugs and Alcohol (CADA) along with various women's organisations continued to organise protests at different parts of the state.
A release issued by CADA publicity secretary L Brojen Angomcha informed that it along with All Manipur Women Social Reformation & Development (Nupi Samaj) and Takhel Chaokhat Khongthang Nupi Lup organised sit-in protest against the liquor policy at Ching Tam community hall, Takhel.
