All Wangjing Lamding Kairembikhok Club Organisation (AWALAKACO) advisor Dr N Rajivkumar has said that number of Kuki militants from Myanmar joining the ongoing fight could be easily identified when SoO mil-itants are confined in their designated camps.
Addressing media persons on Monday, Dr N Rajivkumar advised the state government to strive for an early solution so that all fur-ther unwanted incidents could be averted.
He also appealed to government to look into allegations of the Assam Rifles aiding Kuki militants in the ongoing clash.
The ongoing violence will escalate if the allegation of joining of mercenaries from Myanmar is true and the situation would be worse than the present one, Dr N Rajivkumar cautioned and urged the government to take up steps to flush out the Myanmarese militants at the earliest.
He also said that illegal arms possessed Meetei volunteers for defending vil-lages from Kuki militants would automatically be returned once peace and normalcy return.
According to Dr N Rajivkumar, Kuki mil-itants will never return to their designated camps as many armed militants from Myanmar are helping them in the ongoing fight.
He also warned that people's anger will explode if search operation is carried out only in the val-ley and letting loose Kuki militants in the hills.
