UCM delegation set off for Andaman and Nicobar

Imphal, July 06 2022:
A delegation of United Committee Manipur (UCM) set off for Andaman and Nicobar Island today as a part of its ongoing campaign of 'Eegi Khongul Leeba' to reach out to Manipuri diaspora.
During the stay in Andaman and Nicobar Island till July 10, the delegates will pay tribute to the forefathers and freedom fighters and unsung heroes of Manipur and will visit 'Kalapani', which was a colonial prison before and 'Mount Manipur', said a press release by UCM.
The delegates will also inspect the developmental works during the visit, added the release.
