Gadkari assures projects completion

Union Minister of Road Transport and Highway Nitin Jairam Gadkari has said that the road and bridge projects being taken up in the State will be completed soon.
The Union Minister made the remark while attending a one day political conference of BJP candidate in 42-Tengnoupal (ST) AC Letpao Haokip today and added that BJP is a party which wants to see an inclusive development and welfare of all section of the society and works towards achieving that target.
BJP candidate Letpao Haokip had submitted a memorandum for the development of inter-village roads in 42-Tengnoupal (ST) AC and it will be forwarded to the departments concerned to implement those plans, he added.
Nitin Gadkari also assured that he will visit Moreh again for inauguration of the Imphal Moreh highway.
He also appealed the concerned authorities to provide a suitable site in Moreh for the construction of a multinational logistics park similar to the one constructed in Assam.
Maintaining that Letpao Haokip is a candidate loved by the people of the AC, the Union Minister appealed the people of 42-Tengnoupal to support Letpao Haokip in the upcoming election.
The one day political conference was also attended by former ADC members, BJP leaders and numerous community leaders.
