Civic Action Programme conducted

32 Bn CRPF under the aegis of Manipur & Nagaland Sector organised a Civic Action Programme at Central Swimming Club, Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal, Imphal today.
During the programme, H Ranjit Singh, Commandant, 32 Bn CRPF inaugurated the iron railing which was installed around the Swimming Pool of Central Swimming Club under Civic Action Programme in the presence of Dr RK Lenin Singh, Professor & HOD, Department of Psychiatry, RIMS, Imphal, said a release issued by CRPF.
The inaugural function was also attended by Rajesh Kumar, 2IC; Ashok Kumar, D/C: Officers/ Jawans of 32 Bn CRPF and locals of Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal.
Speaking on the occasion, H Ranjit Singh highlighted the inherent spirit of Civic Action Programme as a welfare measure for local people, bridging the gap between the forces and civilians, and an attempt to bring a qualitative change in the life of local populace.
He stressed that CRPF is totally committed towards its social obligations and will continue to carry out similar Civic Action Programmes in the future.
