Manipur claim 33 gold medals

Imphal, November 07 2022:
The Manipur team which competed in the 40th Budokon Karate-Do India National Championship, at Ambagilu Udupi in Karnataka from November 4 to 6, won altogether 33 gold medals, 12 silver medals and 7 bronze medals.
Players from Kanglei Sports Academy, Manipur won 18 gold medals, 9 silver and 2 bronze medals in Kata and 15 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals in Kumite while in the Female Open Black Belt, the Academy's Kh Sarjubala won the grand champion title.
