State logs one new case, three recoveries

Imphal, November 07 2022:
Number of active cases of Covid-19 in the state further came down to 5 on Monday with government bulletins reporting three recoveries and one new positive case from out of 143 samples tested in the last 24 hours with 0.7 per cent positivity rate.
The lone fresh case is a female resident of Imphal West district.
Out of the five active cases, four are in home isolation.
No death case was reported in the last 24 hours and the toll stands at 2149 including seven CAPF personnel.
So far, the virus has infected 1,39,891 individuals including 5,022 CAPF personnel.
In the last 24 hours, 154 vaccine doses were administered and it took the cumulative number of vaccinated people to 16,47,671, out of which 13,34,436 have received the second dose and 2,74,956 precautionary doses.
As per data maintained by The People's Chronicle based on IDSP and CCR reports, number of total cases in different districts are Imphal West (49838), Imphal East (32061), Thoubal (10298), Churachandpur (11291), Kangpokpi (3188), Tamenglong (3497), Bishnupur (9985), Senapati (2547), Ukhrul (3370), Kakching (6980), Chandel (2797), Noney (1173), Tengnoupal (1214), Jiribam (1118), Kamjong (1057), and Pherzawl (477) .
Fatality counts in different districts are Imphal West (712), Imphal East (517), Thoubal (192), Churachandpur (169), Kangpokpi (70), Tamenglong (17), Bishnupur (206), Senapati (13), Ukhrul (52), Kakching (124), Chandel (43), Noney (5), Tengnoupal (17), Jiribam (7), Kamjong (5), and Pherzawl (0) .
