Aid provided to dog bite victims

Imphal, October 17 2022:
Loktak Battalion of IGAR (South) on Monday extended lifesaving medical assistance to one Ngaknu (52) and Alis (8) of Kwakta and G Khomunnom villages in Bishnupur district who were bitten by dog.
In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that they had bite injury, minimal local swelling and pain at the site of bite and they were brought by their relatives to the Unit Hospital of Assam Rifles on Monday.
The medical staff examined and immediately rendered essential medical care and stabilised their condition.
They were referred to Medical Hospital Churachandpur for further treatment.
