Wisecrabs celebrates, distributes prizes

Imphal, August 22 2021: On the occasion of its 3rd foundation day celebration, Wisecrabs-Chandel distributed prizes to winners of a District Level Video Contest organised earlier in collaboration with district administration and 18 Assam Rifles for students aged 6 to 18 years.

In a statement, Wisecrabs informed that the Foundation Day celebration cum distribution of prizes for the contest was held at the DCs conference hall on Saturday in the presence of Chandel DC Mayanglambam Rajkumar and 18 Assam Rifles commandant Col Ajit Khatri among others.

A symbolic cake cutting ceremony was held to mark the anniversary, followed by speeches from dignitaries.

The winners of the contest with their respective parents received cash prizes, certificates and gifts from the DC and the 18 AR commandant.

The contest had four categories - Age 6-7 (Poetry recitation) judged by DC Rajkumar; Age 8-9 (Poetry recitation) judged by Donring Saloisanei and Evergreat Wanglar; Age 10-14 (Oral Presentation) judged by Juli Daryal and Shelmi Sankhil; and Age 15-18 (Oral presentation) judged by John Silshi and Th Tommy Monsang.

The results were announced on August 15, it said.

The top five winners in the 6-7 years category are respeclively Bungsong Punshihrin, Victoria Saka, Kunkuri Ayin, Wanglar Etthrasha Shongsir Kinriipar while in 8-9 years category the winners are Marysha, Parpa Daihrawar Chothe, Ng Nethan, Ruwngkl Hmanscentril and Bungdon Khipartha.

In 10-14 years category, the top five achievers are Hannah Langhu, Lemthra A Khumba, Susanna Changrii, Varni Khumlo and Khumlo Aimhring while JD Elson, Neharica Bungsong, Rini Khumlo, Ninghman Bungsong and Rengchan Dilbung secured the prizes in 15-18 years category.
