BJP to highlight achievement of Govt

Assuming that every family in the state is part of the BJP family, BJP Manipur Pradesh pres ident A Sharda on Wednesday launched the 'Eigi Imung, BJP gi Imung' campaign under which the party would be sharing with the public reports of the various works undertaken by the BJP government as well as collect inputs from each and every household in the state.
Launching the campaign from the Thambal Shanglen of BJP at Nityaipat Chuthek here, A Sharda informed that the campaign would be launched at the booth level on Thursday by hoisting the party flag.
The campaign will then be carried out in the area surrounding the%ooth, wherein all households in the area would be presented with reports on the developmental works undertaken by the government along with a letter from the CM to the people.
Inputs/suggestions from the people will be also be collected and a sticker containing the mobile number-787878600 would be distributed.
The public can give a missed call to this number and auto messaging system based on the developments of the government will be initiated, she explained.
Stating that the campaign is being launched in line with PM Narendra Modi's Sabka Saath, Sabka Viswas, Sabka Prayas'; Sharda informed that the CM along with the ministers and MLAs will take part in the campaign.
Additionally, in accordance with BJP's "Nation First, Party Next, Self Last" principle, the party collected the opinions/suggestions from around 3000 experts and prominent personalities of the state on December 11 and 12, she recounted.
The BJP state president then said that around 5000 farmers in the state are being provided an amount of Rs 6000 every year under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Furthermore, the condition of Imphal-Jiri Road has improved, while around 68,959 houses have been constructed under the Rural and Urban Development Scheme.
Efforts are underway to construct to a national sports university in the state and over 4 lakh CMHT cards have been distributed.
The Start-Up scheme has also benefitted many unemployed youth, while women no longer have to cook food using firewood following implementation of Ujjwala Scheme, she maintained.
