BJP will return to power: Pratima Bhoumik

Kakching, December 15 2021: In light of the works done by the BJP-led government in the state in the last five years, BJP will return to power by winning 40-45 seats in the upcoming 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election, asserted Union minister of state for social justice and empowerment Pratima Bhoumik.

Addressing booth level meetings of four assembly constituencies in Kakching district on Wednesday, Union minister Pratima Bhoumik stressed that with the coming of BJP led government in the state, roadway infrastructure has developed and peace has returned.

Considering the development that has come in the state in such a short time, BJP will win the election with flying colours and get all the four assembly seats in Kakching district, she maintained.

The booth level meeting for Kakching AC was held at Kakching MLA Mayanglambam Rameshwar's residence at Kakching Makha Lou and was attended by MLA Mayanglambam Rameshwar, BJP Kakching District president Usham Ibomcha, BJP Kakching District Mahila Morcha president Salam Birla Devi, BJP Kakching Mandal president Shougaijam Shyamjai, Kakching Municipal Council former councillor Sandham Premita Devi, BJP Manipur Pradesh general secretary L Deben, secretary Bikram Khongkham as presidium members.

For Wabagai AC, the meeting was held at Keirak Kangjeibung community hall with BJP Manipur Pradesh vice president and former Wabagai MLA Dr Usham Deben, BJP Wabagai Mandal president Maibam Nabachandra and others attending as presidium members.

In case of Hiyanglam AC, the meet was held at Langmeidong and was attended by Hiyanglam MLA Dr Y Radheshyam and other BJP workers, while the meeting for Sugnu AC was held at Serou which was participated^ by all seven intending candidates of the AC .
