Imphal, March 11 2024: The week-long training programme on "Thang-Ta and Sarit-Sarak" organised by Mangan Thang-Ta Lup concluded yesterday at its Training Hall in Irom Meijrao.

The valedictory function was attended by Thang-Ta & Cultural Association, Thiyam Leisangkhong, president Thiyam Kora Singh; Thang-Ta & Dance Cultural Academy, Haraorou Mayai Leikai, president Laimayum Tompapu Sharma; Academy of Thang-Ta & Sarit-Sarak, Irom Meijrao, secretary Khuraijam Ronibala Devi and Ima Panthoibi Huyel Langlon Thang-Ta & Cultural Association, Utlou Lairam Leikai, secretary Laishram Neharu Singh as presidium members, said a release issued by Mangan Thang-Ta Lup.

At the event, Thiyam Kora Singh stressed on the need to guide children/youths from the grassroot level towards a better path and away from drugs & other substance abuse.
