Informing about the development to some media persons at his Old Secretariat office in the presence of relevant officials on Monday, RD & PR minister Y Khemchand said that PMGSY roads do not last long in the hill districts of Manipur particularly during rainy seasons.
Accordingly, a new system for black-topping of PMGSY roads will be introduced so that roads do not break up easily even during rainy season.
