DDAM demands justice for N Ingocha

The Disable Development Association Manipur (DDAM) has demanded the authorities concerned to award befitting punishment to the all culprits involved in the murder of Nongthombam Ingocha.
Addressing a press conference yesterday at Manipur Press Club, DDAM advisor Sapam Jashowanta strongly condemned the murder of Nongthombam Ingocha, a differently abled person from Langthabal Lep Mayai Leikai who was brutally assaulted by two persons including a personnel of Manipur Police.
Jashowanta shared that Ingocha died on the way to the hospital after he was found grievously injured on March 6.DDAM advisor Kiran Yendrembam appealed to the authorities concerned to take strong action against the two culprits who are currently in police custody and deliver justice to Nongthombam Ingocha.
He further warned of intense agitation if befitting punishment is not awarded to the culprits as per the law.
