CADA condoles demise of L Regan

Imphal, October 23 2022:
Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) has deeply mourned the sudden demise of journalist Laishram Regan of Khurai Lairikyengbam Leikai, Imphal East.
In a condolence note, CADA said that Regan worked wholeheartedly and tirelessly to bring quality education in the state and served as general secretary of All Manipur Students' Union (AMSU) headquarters for the 2013-15 tenure.
He was also at the forefront of every issue concerning the state apart from working as sub-editor at The People's Chronicle and The Morning Bell.
CADA also shared pain and grief of Regan's bereaved family and relatives.
