Union Minister Bhupender Yadav has said that the BJP will form the next Government in the State with at least two-third majority as the party is targeting all the 60 Assembly seats of Manipur.
Speaking to media persons at BJP office at Nityaipat Chuthek today, the Union Minister continued that the BJP will contest election in all the 60 Constituencies.
Further stating that the BJP led coalition Government headed by Chief Minister N Biren Singh is about to complete its term, Bhupender Yadav continued that the final decision on who will be the Chief Minister after the BJP returns to power after the election will be decided by the Parliamentary Board of the party.

He also mentioned that the incumbent State Government was led by N Biren Singh from the beginning and it is about to complete its term.
Saying that the BJP is preparing its election manifesto meticulously by taking advice from district councils, civil organisations and other experts from various fields including sports and art and culture, he added the BJP's manifesto will be published after the nomination process is completed.
BJP will soon start its election campaign in the presence of key Central leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On the Budget, the Union Minister said that the country's financial plan for this fiscal focuses on clean energy, sustainable develop- ment and inclusive growth of every sector.
He also said that the Centre will roll out 5G telecom service within 2022-23 to improve 'our economy.' The Budget also reflected on the need to contribute in the global fight against climate change, he said .
Apart from allocating Rs 560 crore to upgrade RIMS, the Centre will implement the Prime Minister Development Initiative to enable livelihood activities for youth and women in the eight North East States, he said and added that the Centre will also provide employment to the youth of Manipur under PM Gati Shakti.
