69 Bn CRPF observes "Swachhata Pakhwada"

In line with Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav, the 69 Bn Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) observed "Swachhata Pakhwada" and organized a series of events focused on promoting cleanliness and environmental awareness.
The events, which took place from December 1 to 15, 2022, included a road march, seminars, and a massive cleanliness drive, said a press release by 69 Bn CRPF.
Under the able leadership of Bajrang Lal, Commandant-69 Bn, the personnel of 69 Bn CRPF participated in a community cleanliness programme to promote cleanliness and hygiene in the State.
They also worked to raise awareness about the need to reduce single-use plastic and reduce wastage of resources.

In addition to these efforts, the personnel of 69 Bn CRPF also participated in a plantation drive with an aim to strive for a better environment.
They also white-washed buildings and trees and worked to maintain roads.
The personnel of 69 Bn also raised awareness for controlling/preventing the water borne diseases like malaria, dengue etc.
The tasks outlined in the fortnight of cleanliness were successfully completed to the fullest extent by the personnel of 69 Bn CRPF.
Their dedication and hard work were instrumental in making the events a success.
