4th MNCA Luwangpokpa T20 Trophy : FORCE overwhelm YPHUC by 9 wickets as RCA cruise to 10-wicket win

FORCE-Kshetrigao thrashed YPHUC-Lalambung Makhong by 9 wickets for the fourth win in six Group C matches of the ongoing 4th MNCA Luwangpokpa T20 Trophy.
Electing to bat first here at Lairenjam Public Ground, YPHUC failed to take on FORCE bowling attack led by Tashiba Alam (4/29) and Md Kabir Ahmed (2/11 in 3.1 overs) and were eventually bundled out for 94 runs in 17.1 overs.
FORCE then rode on Saddam Ahamed Shah's 19-ball 62 blitz and Md Nawaj Sarif's 13-ball 18 to seal the victory within 6 overs.
For YPHUC Bishworaj Sharma 23, Robinson Meitei Sandham 20 and Abdul Rouf 13 were the main run getters.

Meanwhile, RCA-Lilong sealed their fifth win in 6 Group A matches to keep their quarter-final hopes alive by crushing KCDO-Kongpal by 10 wickets.
KCDO, won the toss and opted to bat first, but slumped to 76 all out within 15.1 overs as Md Danish Khan (4/17) and Zuned (3/17) of RCA wreaked havoc.
The opening partnership between Naesh Hussain 27-ball 52 and Md Danish 25 off 15 was more than enough for RCA to cruise to winning 80 within 7 overs.
Md Ajizur Rahaman 18 was the highest run getter for KCDO.
Md Danish was eventually adjudged man of the match.
Elsewhere at Model Hr Sec and Oriental College ground, AKSDO-Khangabok capped their Group C campaign with a crucial 8 wicket win over KIYC.
The result also helped AKSDO temporarily remain second in the Group table with 5 wins.
AKSDO opted to field first and restricted KIYC-Kshetrigao to 79 runs for 9 wickets with Sanayai Ningthoujam (3/11), Saikhom Kaiku (2/24) and Winchelly Laishram (2/19) running through their batting line up.
AKSDO then cruised to winning 83 within 9.1 overs on the back of Chinglensana Moirangthem 32 not out, Bishorjit Mangang 24 and Laishram Samson 13 not out.
In a Group B match staged at Khangabok Cherapur Public Ground, Sagolband United (SU) posted their first victory in 6 matches by beating MPA-Thounaojam by 9 wickets.
MPA chose to bat first but could amass only 93 runs for 9 wickets as SU bowlers were economical enough today and the latter team surpassed the target in 11.1 overs at the cost of a wicket as Kennedy Karam struck a 34-ball 52 and Rahul Rajkumar added 38 off 32 balls.
Earlier, T Herojit (2/18), S Rabichandra (2/17) and Loitongbam Naoton (2/13) all picked two wickets each to help SU restrain MPA batters.
Elsewhere at Moijing Public Ground, CDCC -Sagolband Salam Leikai ended their Group D campaign with a 4 wicket beating of NCA for the fourth win.
Angom Robinhood blazed 69 off 48 deliveries to guide NCA to 183/9 after they won the toss but Ksh Robert hit a 25-ball 56 and Ansar smashed 29-ball 49 to guide CDCC to the target with 2 overs and 4 wickets left to spare.
Fm Sarif (3/30) and Mandingbam Surjit (2/27) were the leading bowlers for CDCC before Chourjeet RK (2/22) and Roshan Konthoujam (2/20) of NCA tried their best to apply break to the chase.
