CPC, LKL to play for women's polo title

Chingkheihunba Polo Club (CPC) and Linthoingambi Kangjei Lup (LKL) won their respective matches in the 18th Manipur women's state level polo tournament on Monday to set up summit clash.
In the first match on Monday, CPC defeated Laman Sagol Club by 9-0 goals.
Neelu RK opened goal account for CPC within 2.52 minutes of the 1st Chukker before completing her double hat-trick with goals in the 2nd, 3rd Rs.and 4th Chukker.
The other scorers in team's comprehensive victory margin included Sanajaobi, T Sangeeta and Kh Chaoba.
In the second match of the day, Linthoingambi Kangjei Lup defeated KMM Riding School by 11-2 goals.
Kh Deventy Devi opened score account for Linthoingambi within 49 seconds of the 1st Chukker and added another goal in the same session's 1.35th minute.
She netted her third goal in 2nd Chuk ker and followed up her stupendous performance with two goals each in 3rd and 4th Chukker as her teammates Kh Priya Devi and Kh Abey Devi contributed two goals apiece to guide Lingthoingambi to the title round.
KMM Riding School reduced the score deficit through V Ranjita (1.05th minute) of 2nd Chukker and Ngounu (4.27th minute) of 4th Chukker of the match.
The final of the tournament being organised by All Manipur Polo Association will be played on December 28 between Chingkheihunba Polo Club and Linthoingambi Kangjei Lup.
