BJYM stands for youth of Manipur: Raju Bista

Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) national general secretary Raju Bista has said that BJYM always stands for the youth of Manipur.
Addressing media persons on Friday at Thambal Shanglen, BJP state office here, Raju Bista said that the BJP government in the state has been giving special emphasis on youth and took up various schemes like start up and skills development programmes to enable youth to stand on their own feet.
These programmes were taken up to ensure return of the skilled youth working in different cities outside Manipur so as to contribute their mite in development of their motherland.
Congress party ruled the state for 15 consecutive years in Manipur but did no significant work for welfare of the youth, he said, adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been giving special emphasis to the North East and took up various programmes to develop the region.
BJYM president Barish Sharma and general secretary Miklesh Raj also attended the press conference.
