Thoubal, February 18 2022:
Chief Minister N Biren Singh has dared the Congress party to study the report card of the State Government instead of frequently questioning the work done in the last five years.
Addressing the flag hoisting ceremony of BJP candidate in Sugnu Constituency M Binod at Kakching Khunou Hijam Angom Leikai today, the Chief Minister continued that the State has seen positive changes in so many areas after the BJP led the Government came to power and the same is accepted by all.
The Congress leaders are randomly questioning the achievement of BJP as they have no other agenda, N Biren said and urged all to not to support the grand old party which doesn't know how to appreciate others.
"It is time we abolish the Congress," he added.
Rajya Sabha MP Leishemba Sanajaoba asserted that giving votes to the Congress and NPP would be disastrous as the two parties are being led by former Chief Minister Okram Ibobi and the then DGP Y Joykumar under whose tenure the rate of killings was exceptionally high.
"Lets' not give another opportunity to these parties which have already been tested," he concluded.
Union Minister of State for Social Justice Pratima Bhoumik also attended the ceremony.
