The issues highlighted by the JAC includes demand of payment of DA/DR doses at par with the Central Government employees with effect from January 2023 onwards and the release of long pending retirement benefits.
The JAC also urged for filling up all existing vacant posts in all Departments/Offices under the State Government.
Further the demand was raised to increase the retirement age from the existing 60 years to 62 years maintaining that such a policy will help in improving the financial condition of the State.

The need for introducing a policy for inter transfer of employees between the Secretariat services with their Departments/Offices concerned was highlighted.
