Chd/Thb/Kak, June 12 2022: A felicitation ceremony for positions holders of science stream in this year Class XII examination conducted by COHSEM was held on Sunday at the residential quarter of Thoubal AC MLA O Ibobi in Babupara, Imphal.

The felicitation ceremony was jointly organised by Khangabok AC MLA, Surjakumar Okram and former Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh for students of Khangabok and Thoubal AC .

Speaking on the occasion, O Ibobi congratulated the meritorious students and wished them success in the future.

He also expressed hope that the students would bring more laurels for the two constituencies and the State.

Surjakumar Okram announced that he would provide all possible assistance to the students.

Meritorious students felicitated

A total of 9 position holders took part in the event including Wairokpam Anupriya Devi, 3rd Position (Thoubal Bazar Makha), Alka Nongthombam, 9th Position (Thoubal Sabaltongba Mayai Leikai), Melodi Thokchom, 14th Position (Thoubal Sabaltongba Mamang Leikai), Leitanthem Seityajit Singh, 15th Position (Thoubal Wangmataba), Sanasam Sarju Devi, 16th Position (Thoubal Sabaltongba Mayai Leikai), Mokshmee Athokpam, 17th Position (Athokpam Makha Leikai), Nongmaithem Mahesh Singh, 18th Position (Samaram Maning Laibung Leikai) and Moirangthem Mukta Singh, 20th Position (Khangabok Pt III Makha Leikai) .

CHANDEL
Liwachangning Village Authority on Sunday organised a felicitation programme for Olinda Tesong Monsang for securing 7th Position (Arts) in this year's Class XII examination conducted by COHSEM at Liwachangning Community Hall in Chandel district.

The programme was attended by Deputy Commissioner Chandel, Mayanglambam Rajkumar; Autonomous District Council Chandel, Inspector of Schools, Renie Wanglar and Liwachangning village chief, Kumar Khartu as presidium members.

Assistant chief of Liwachangning, Ng Roland; Angam Memorial School Liwachangning principal, Th Jeksha; Liwachangning Baptist Church Board chairman, Ng Rungkham; members of Village Authority and Church; villagers and family members of Olinda also took part in the event.

At the event, Liwachangning Baptist Church assistant pastor Kh Beleander led a blessing session for Olinda Tesong Monsang as the Blessing Minister.

It may be mentioned that Olinda Tesong Monsang is the daughter of Ng Jacinta Moyon and Late Tesong Tennyson Monsang from Liwachangning village.

KAKCHING
A felicitation programme was also held on Sunday at the residence of Kakching AC MLA Mayanglambam Rameshwar in Kakching Makhalou to honor position holders of this year's Class XII examination conducted by COHSEM.

At the event, Naorem Jessica, 3rd Position (Arts); Ariesto Oinam, 7th Position (Science) and Naorem Sovinity, 9th Position (Science) were presented gifts and books by the MLA.

Mayanglambam Rameshwar congratulated the students for securing positions in the Class XII examination conducted by COHSEM and wished them success in all their future endeavours.
