Imphal, April 04 2024: A month-long residential training cum production programme on Bashok Sheishak organised by Caitnya Institute of Sankritana, Wangkhei Thangjam Leikai under the sponsorship of Ministry of Culture under Production Grant Scheme (CFPGS) concluded on Thursday at YDLC community hall, Heingang Mayai Leikai.

The valedictory programme was attended by JN Manipur Dance Academy director P Bilash Singh, Maning Micro Finance chairman Konjengbam Dilipkumar and Vaisnab Nongmaithem Nilamani as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.

Delivering the chief guest address, P Bilash Singh pointed out that there are various forms of Sankritana which not only present to the world the rich art and culture of the state but teach the society discipline as well.

He also stressed the responsibility of each and every one in preserving and promoting Sankritana.
