Imphal, December 24 2022: Gaaningam scored a hat-trick as Classic FA outplayed Poloi FC 6-3 to win the 2nd Col Kshetrimayum Arunkumar Singh Memorial Inter Club Futsal Tournament 2022 at Mayai Koibi Artificial Turf on Saturday.

Classic FA started off with a 10th-minute opener from Gaaningam but Nawaz drew level for Poloi FC in the 15th minute.

One minute later, Rohit regained Classic's lead and they were 4-1 ahead of Poloi after Tomba struck a double in just over a minute.

Poloi reduced the arrears in the 22nd minute through Sonalish but Gaaningam restored Classic's three-goal cushion in the 25th minute before Bikramjit found Poloi's third goal in the 29th minute.

Gaaningam then completed his hat-trick in the 38th minute to help Classic FA secure a comfortable 6-3 win and emerge as the champions of the Futsal tournament.
