AR conducts lecture on Career Planning

Noney, February 17 2023:
Under the aegis of Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East), Noney Battalion of Jwalamukhi Sector organised a lecture programme on 'Career Planning' for students of Don Bosco School, Tupul village in Noney district, on Friday.
The lecture was conducted with an aim to enlighten the students on job opportunities in various government and private sectors along with educational qualification requirement.
The lecture focussed on step-by-step guidance to students as they are the promising dreamers and future of the country possessing incredible potential and will act as a backbone towards growth and development of their community.
The lecture began with an opening session which emphasised on various academic and non-academic career opportunities.
For those interested to join Armed Forces, an educational and encouraging video was also screened, followed by explanation on multiple entry opportunity at various age.
In addition various online job portals were also introduced to students which can be used to initiate job application for different public and private sectors in India.
A total of 32 students and a school staffer participated in the lecture and it provided an opportunity to both students and job seekers to clear their respective doubts.
The lecture programme concluded with distribution of sports items, writing material and refreshments to all attendees.
