Imphal, April 16 2022:
Refuting the allegations levelled by All Meitei Pangal Students' Union of Manipur (AMPSUM) about misconduct in CoHSEM examination at its centre on April 12, Naorem Bira hari College principal in-charge Dr Irom Kunjabati Devi has termed as unwarranted and condemnable the bid to tarnish image of the college through unfounded accusation in print and electronic media.
In a release, Irom Kunjabati said that CoHSEM flying squad was present at the centre when AMPSUM members came to the college for inspection.
Both the groups met with her after completing the examination.
However, they (AMPSUM) did not say a single word about misconduct of examination to her during the meeting.
The organisation should refrain from the habit of misleading the centre through print and electronic media, she urged, while stating that the examination was conducted smoothly and in a free and fair manner.
She further maintained that inspection of examination centres by student organisations is always welcomed by the teachers of NB College.
