DMU 3rd sem students to skip exam form fill up

Demanding conduct of the upcoming 3rd semester examination in assignment mode, DM University's PG 3rd semester students stormed A-Block of the varsity on Saturday and decided not to fill up the examination forms.
Some window panes of A-Block building were damaged in the violent protest by students amid an intense standoff between the students and police though the latter managed to control the situation.
Two students who were injured in the conflict were rushed to Raj Medicity for treatment.
Earlier, the students submitted a written complaint to the VC demanding a meeting with examination committee and issuance of notice for conducting the 3rd semester examination in assignment mode within April month.
The students then demanded immediate fulfilment of their demands and decided not to vacate A-Block till fulfilment of their demands.
Later, the students decided to forgo form fill up process for the examination for 3rd semester examination which is due to commence from April 18 and boycott the varsity and returned homes.
The students also cautioned that any student who happens to fill up the examination form have to face the consequences all by themselves.
