DAVP photo exhibition opens at Charhajare

An Independent Photo Exhibition has been inaugurated today by Seikholet Singsit, Deputy Inspector of Schools, Saitu-Gamphazol, Manipur at Bishnulal Jr.High School, Charhajare, Sadar Hills.
The photo exhibition has been organized under the theme "Bharat Nirman" by Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt.of India in collaboration with Bishnulal Jr.High School Authority.
Besides, Seikholet Singsit, Dy.
Inspector of Schools, Saitu-Gamphazol, Sadar Hills, who attended the inaugural function as Chief Guest, Kharga Prasad Prasain, Headmaster of Bishnulal Jr.High School and Balaram Bista, Chairman of Bishnulal Jr.High School Development Committee were also present on the occasion as Functional President.
Speaking on the occasion, Seikholet Singsit lauded the organizer for conducting such an important event for the first time in Sadar Hills and observed that such an important photo exhibition is a part of education to highlight and impart knowledge on various development programs undertaken by the Govt.of India.
Kharga Prasad Prasain said that Bharat Nirman means Strongest India.
Therefore, every true denizen of India should stand and live for the strongest India.
Gin Gangte, Field Officer, DAVP, Imphal explained that the main objective of the exhibition is to highlight various different developmental programmes and schemes undertaken by the Government through photos.
In all 150 development photos of the Government are on display in the exhibition, which will go on till January 24 from 10 am to 3 pm daily.
