Imphal, January 20 2014 :
The Manipuri Students' (MSF) Federation (MSF) has imposed a ban on operation of service in Manipur against Guwahati based private firm AJ Infotech.
Speaking to reporters, MSF president Kh Serajuddin said that a decision for imposition of ban on the institute was taken by MSF as AJ Infotech was found duping two State students.
He said that the institute charged Rs 70,000 each to two State students on the promise of providing training and job.
However, the institute did not help the duo in providing jobs after the completion of their training.
Located at Lachit Nagar, Ulubari, the institute is giving training on BPO and BDM.
After receiving complaints in this regard from the two students, Serajuddin said, MSF talked to Mintu Das, Area Development Manager of the institute.
Later, the full amount with travelling charges was refunded by the institute, he added.
Kh Serajuddin urged the general public not to trust any institute before making proper verification in the future.
