ADC-SH CEO releases gospel visual album

Kangpokpi, December 18 2022:
A Kuki gospel visual album titled "Ka Kulpi Det", which means "My Strong Fortress", was released on Sunday at J Songtun village in Kangpokpi district.
"Ka Kulpi Det" is the second visual album of promising gospel singers Neijavah Kipgen and Ngahneihat Kipgen of J Songtun village.
Earlier, the duo's first gospel visual album "Chungmangpan Neisaovo" was released by local MLA Nemcha Kipgen on December 23 last year.
Chief executive officer of Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council Kangpokpi, James Doujapao Haokip, released the "Ka Kulpi Det" album.
The event was also attended by Kangpokpi Town Committee members, Kangpokpi Youth Union leaders, and various prominent social workers of the area as special guests while Upa K Kipgen attended as a dedicating minister.
In his speech James Douapao highlighted the importance of music in human ife, saying that a person who listens to music is always happy in his life and remains stress-free.
He added that releasing such an inspiring Gospel visual album ahead of Christmas would be a blessing.
The MCS officer also lauded the singer duo for their marvellous voice and talent.
Social workers Seilam Singsit, Haolet Khongsai, Helen Kipgen and Paokai Chongloi as well as others also spoke on the occasion.
The gospel visual album "Ka Kulpi Det" dedicated by Upa K Kipgen was produced by Satjamang alias Mangboi Kipgen.
The first album of the duo was produced by Mangboi's sister Kimrose Kipgen.
Inpinu of J Songtun (wife of J Songtun chief), Hatneithem Kipgen and famous Kuki gospel singer Esther Sitlhou also attended the event.
