Hmar bodies hail CM

Imphal, August 10 2022: The Hmar Students' Association (HSA), General Headquarters and Hmar Inpui, Hmararam region have extended gratitude to Chief Minister N Biren Singh for setting up a medical college in Churachandpur.

A press release issued by HSA said that the establishment of a quality educational institution has been a long standing demand for the people of Churachandpur.

Saying that the undertaking of the Government has raised the expectations and hope of the people and restored the faith of seeing a better future, it added that the HSA General Headquarters will always support any developmental and progressive undertakings of the Government.

The Hmar Inpui also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister for establishing the medical college in Churachandpur with 100 MBBS seats and urged the Government to upgrade the Parbung CHC to a full-fledged district hospital with a complete set of infrastructure and 24x7 services.
