Cricket: Orientation prog for umpires concludes

Imphal, April 10 2024:
A week-long orientation programme for north east umpires held at Sovima, Dimapur, concluded on April 7, 2024 .
43 umpires from the north eastern states, seven of them from Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA), attended the programme, which was conducted by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and hosted by Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) .
The MNCA's umpires who took part in the orientation were Sairem Rajmani Singh, Elangbam Nandaraj Singh, Yambem Folendro Singh, Loitongbam Parsenjit Meetei, Lalitkumar Rajkumar, Niketan Maisnam and Ngariyanbam Milan Singh.
Rajiv Risodkar and Bharat Naik were the educators of the programme.
Meanwhile, the MNCA wished the association's umpires success in their future umpiring activities and thanked the BCCI for its support and commitment.
