CCpur, September 27 2023:
At a time when the state is reeling under humanitarian crisis with thousands of people displaced and rendered homeless and students unable to attend schools as usual, Centre for Community Initiative (CCI) has been seen rendering the much-needed service to these people at the best they could.
In response to the humanitarian crisis, CCI has been doing activities under the theme 'Inclusive Community Learning' as part of the project named 'Itna' which means 'Love' .
In order to recreate minds and remove stress from children staying in relief camps, CCI has been taking up various activities to improve skills in games and sports, art therapy, music, educational and vocational skills.
CCI staffers also try to enhance skills and ability of children in their best possible ways besides establishing good and cordial relationship with teachers and students.
Emotional and psychological supports were also provided by the CCI to the students.
CCI began activities under 'Inclusive Community Learning' from the month of July, 2023 at seven relief camps and has covered nine relief camps so far.
