Manipur Democratic Alliance (MDA) chairman Bijoy Koijam has announced that a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) will be filed in the High Court against the 10 Kuki MLAs who are demanding Separate Administration in Manipur.
Bijoy Koijam made the announcement today during a simple function held at the office of Shiv Sena in Babupara for handing over an appointment letter to the newly elected co-convenor of MDA, Raag Keisham (president Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party) .
The MDA chairman alleged that the 10 Kuki MLAs have created a Constitutional crisis in the State by breaching the oath they took as MLA to protect the integrity of Manipur.

"It is unfortunate that elected members of Manipur are speaking against the State", he added.
Appreciating the joint team of CBI and Security Forces for arresting the perpetrators of the cold-blooded murder of two innocent students, he urged the Government and authorities concerned to make a concerted effort to recover the bodies of the two children and hand them over to their families.
He said despite the tall claims by the Government that law & order has improved in the State, Kuki militants continue to fire live rounds against innocent civilians in the periphery area of the valley districts.
He demanded the Government to coordinate with Central Forces stationed in the hill areas of Manipur to stop the attacks carried out by militants and prevent further loss of lives.
He also asserted that the Meitei community has been suffering due to the conflict caused by some people/ groups with vested interest who are against the Government's initiative such as the eviction of illegal settlements from Reserved Forest Area and ban on poppy cultivation.
MDA convenor & Shiv Sena Manipur State unit president M Tombi informed that he will be leaving for Delhi tomorrow to meet some MPs and NGOs for possible construction of houses in an affordable way to resettle the internally displaced people (IDP) .
The State unit president shared that he will also be visiting Mumbai to meet Chief Minister of Maharashtra Eknath Shinde and the Home Minister to discuss long term policies for restoration of peace in Manipur .
