Governor visits JNIMS vax centre

Imphal, February 02 2022: Governor La Ganesan on Wednesday visited the Covid-19 Vaccination Centre at JNIMS, Porompat as well as inspected the Covid centre set up at JNIMS auditorium since January 16, 2021.As part of the visit, the Governor distributed Covid Vaccination certificates, pens and badges to those jabbed with the second dose and recipients of immunity dose belonging to different age groups and professions.

Ganesan also interacted with the doctors, nurses, frontline workers and other officials of JNIMS and Health department and discussed issues relating to vaccination status of the state with the Covid-19 Vaccination team of JNIMS.

Additional chief secretary (Health & Family) Vumlunmang Vualnam, JNIMS director Prof Laishram Deben Singh, doctors and officials concerned were also during the Governor's visit.
