AR-conducted NIT team reaches Delhi

Imphal, January 11 2023:
The National Integration Tour (NIT) organised by Khuga Battalion and flagged off by 27 Sector Assam Rifles commander Brig Michael D'Souza on January 7, has reached its first destination Delhi on Tuesday by Rajdhani Express.
According to PRO IGAR (S), the children visited National Science Museum and Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya Delhi on Wednesday.
The trip to these places was not only beneficial from educational perspective but highly enriching from cultural view point.
The children also visited Pacific Mall, NSP Delhi and it exposed them to infrastructural advancement of the country.
The tour will spread over a period of 16 days and is planned to cover places of national, cultural and educational importance in cities of Delhi, Amritsar, Wagah Border,Dimapur and Kohima.
NIT was conceived with a singular aim of broadening the horizon of the students of the border villages by exposing them to the rich history, culture and traditions of our country.
