National Integration Tour reaches Delhi

Imphal, January 11 2023:
The National Integration Tour (NIT) organised by Khuga Battalion under the aegis of IGAR(S) reached the National capital on Tuesday.
The tour is spread over a period of 16 days and will be visiting places of national, cultural and educational importance in Delhi, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Dimapur and Kohima, said a release issued by PRO of IGAR(S) .
On Wednesday, the children visited the National Science Museum and Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in Delhi.
The children also visited Pacific Mall, NSP, Delhi in the evening.
It may be mentioned that the NIT was flagged off by Brig Michael D'Souza, Commander 2 7 Sector Assam Rifles on January 7, 2023 from Khuga.
The tour was conceived with a singular aim of broadening the horizon of the students of border villages by exposing them to the rich history, culture and traditions of the country.
