One more AMFA executive council member resigns

Imphal, January 21 2023: Jadavchandra Haobam became the eighth executive council member of the All Manipur Football Association to have resigned from the membership following a spree of resignations.

Jadavchandra in a resignation letter addressed to the president/secretary expressed displeasure on association's 'misconduct' like not informing him on any meetings and activities despite being a bonafide member of the executive council of AMFA for the term 2010-23 .

He also cited widespread distrust, allegations on the working of the association as the reasons behind his decision to discontinue being a member of the association.

L Chaoba Devi, L Nandakumar, Hijam Meghachandra, Thingujam Jiten, L Naba, Ch Ibotombi and N Tomba have already resigned from the executive council citing personal reasons.
