Source: The Sangai Express
Imphal, July 24 2023:
Several wards of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal got water-logged thereby causing severe difficulties to doctors, nur-sing staff and patients in- cluding those who sustained injuries in the ongoing violence.
Not long after last night's downpour, water gushed into Orthopaedic Ward, Biochemistry Clinical Labo- ratory and some OPD blocks.
As these wards got water-logged, patients as well as their attendants faced a lot of inconveniences.
Highlighting the situation, some attendants have sought immediate attention of the RIMS authority and the State Government.
