Imphal, December 22 2023: The Guru Tarunkumar Foundation, Imphal presented the 7th Guru Tarunkumar Sanman-2023 to three artistes of the state in a simple function held at Shrine Playhouse Chorus Prefecture in Shamusang Uku, Uripok-Kangchup Road on Friday.

The recipients are dance choreographer Thokchom Chaotombi Singh and Nat-Sangatan-Ishei Laipubam Bino Devi from Uripok Laikhurembi, along with Manipuri dance exponent Dr Elam Indira from Khwai Singjubung Leirak.

The award carries cash prize, honorary shawl, and citation each.

The event was attended by filmmaker Aribam Syam Sharma as chief guest and Sahitya Akademi awardee Prof Hijam Tombi as president.
