Heritage quiz form submission till July 31

Imphal, May 19 2022: As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated to mark the 75th year of India's independence, the union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas in coordination with the union Ministry of Culture is all set to conduct 'Jigyasa - the heritage quiz' .

Students in the age group of 13-18 years, who are successful in the quiz competition, will be given scholarships worth Rs 55 lakh in total.

According to a statement of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Jigyasa is the biggest quiz competition in the world and students (13 -18 years) can take part in the competition, which will be conducted at the district, state, regional and national levels.

The competition will be conducted in 17 languages.

One member of the successful team will fetch scholarship worth Rs 10 lakh and total amount to be provided to the team is Rs 55 lakh.

Last date for submission of application form for the competition is July 15, the statement added.
