The Vice-Chancellor also informed that of the 99 episodes, mention was made on sports and yoga by the PM in 76 episodes.
A little motivation can go a long way, and MKB did the same for the prospective athletes, particularly the females and "Divyang" to participate in sports.
Over 26,000 participants from different regions of the northeast and Jammu & Kashmir actively took part in the survey conducted by the National Sports University.
The participants were predominantly school/university students and athletes, while their teachers and coaches also were included in the study, the VC revealed, while adding that the majority of the participants univocally considered that the programme improved the sports motivation and participation, particularly in traditional sports, in these regions.
