Cleanliness activities at AIR inspected

Imphal, October 28 2022:
Ministry of information and Broadcasting deputy secretary N Sanatomba on Friday inspected cleanliness activities being taken up at All India Radio, (AIR), Imphal under Special Campaign 2.0 held across the country.
In a release, AIR, Imphal RNU head Gin Gangte informed that N Sanatomba visited the AIR station and inspected the cleanliness campaign being done at AIR, Imphal led by its engineering director N Nandakumar.
Sanatomba lauded AIR Imphal for collecting a sum of Rs 37,00,000 through auctions of its useless items through Government e-marketing, he conveyed.
Different initiatives taken up by AIR were shown to the deputy secretary through slides during the inspection.
The deputy secretary also applauded AIR Imphal for making different software and hardware by the engineering section that is not done in any other places.
N Sanatomba assured that he will inform the ministry about the inadequacies and inconveniences faced by staffers of AIR, Imphal for development of the station further.
