SHRI to provide free treatment to ethnic clash victims

Shija Hospitals and Research Institute (SHRI) will be providing free treatment service to all those who suffer injuries during communal violence that broke out on May 3 last.
Addressing media persons at its Langol premises on Friday, SHRI managing director Dr Kh PaIM informed that the hospital had provided free treatment as well as at subsidised rates to a total of 16 people irre-spective of their caste and creed who have been injured in the communal clash.
However, since there has been no official announcement in this regard, the same has been made on Friday through the media.
Dr PalM further in-formed that the hospital has been providing free OPD services in 11 dif-ferent departments since June 1 and other required investigations at 20 per-cent discount.
This will continue till June 10 and under this initiative over 2000 people have been treated.
However, from Friday, all people suffer-ing injuries in the com-munal violence will be provided free treatment.
For this purpose, two mo-bile numbers 9007900794 and 9611609611 will be opened round the clock and any individual in need can call up.
Dr PaIM further informed that the free treatment facilities are being provided with the sponsorship of the 1590 staff of the hospital.
