ZYF lifts ban on Noney for 7 days

Imphal, January 23 2014 :
Zeliangrong Youth Front (Assam, Manipur and Nagaland) has decided to temporarily lift the non-cooperation movement declared against Longmai (Noney) valley for a period of seven days.
The decision was taken during an executive meeting of the Front held its office today afternoon to enable the village to submit a written clarification to the ZYF office, according to a statement issued by Asst.

The meeting also inducted Pou Medua Newme of Impah village as Asst.

Pou David Kamei, who has been serving as Joint Secretary ZYF (AMN) as General Secretary ZYF (AMN) to fill the vacant post created due to relief given to Pou Subash Kamei, who served as General Secretary on family condition while Pou Dinreibou Thiumai has been elevated to the post of Joint Secretary ZYF (AMN), the statement added.
